The gym and equipment is great, most of the staff is also great. The pool is often closed but it’s been mostly opened. The water park for the kids is really nice and they will turn on the whole water park if you ask them to. The children watch is better than most places around here, they have a lot of toys and sometimes they do crafts with the kids. I don’t love that the ladies there are on their phones quite a bit with EarPods on and they often just have them sit and watch tv. They do sometimes do dance with the kids and they love it. They are mostly nice but I feel like some times they mostly look annoyed. There is a lady with sunglasses that seems like she doesn’t really like kids. I like that they have to be registered so it doesn’t get over crowded.

My First Time Attending Church Service Made Me Wanting To Be A Part Of The Ministry and I haven’t stopped going back since everyone was so nice I really enjoys going. I even called to prayer service on Monday nights at six. Can’t get enough of sweet people like the Kroc Center, God bless you all.

It's a great gym friendly atmosphere catch me there in the morning doing my walks around the track pool is great even a small water park for kids open on certain days and a huge slide for the pool basketball court and great workout equipment friendly staff All Around great place to go to a gym

Omg The Kroc Center exceeded my expectations. Everyone is super nice and super helpful. The event coordinator, Tosha, was amazing!! I threw my son's 10th birthday party here in the pool area and everyone had fun, especially the kids. The pool area almost looked like a small waterpark. There's a regular pool, slides, lazy pool, and a splash area for smaller kids. I mean there was something for everyone. It was great place to have a birthday party 🎉 🥳 🥰

The fitness center offers a lot. Up to date equipment, free weights, basketball courts, a pool, and a lot more.

Love this place.. when it’s open. The kids love going here and we’re in the midst of the hottest part of summer and the pool is closed every weekend. Even sat down there for 2 hours with promises of it’ll be open soon and then they just said nevermind, we’re not gonna open it. Someone throws up, close the pool all day. It’s an indoor pool, there’s thunder outside, close the pool. We drained it, call back later. One excuse after another why it’s closed. I paid for the summer pass so I could take the kids swimming over summer break and the thing is perpetually closed. Can’t say I feel I’m getting money’s worth out of the membership. Unfortunate too, kids love it, slide is cool and fun, but can rarely take advantage of it.

Very nice. I’ve been going for several years. Staff are friendly, place is clean, and hours or operation are great. I went to a few yoga classes, which is very basic. If you are advanced in yoga like I am, you wont get much here. Gym equipment is frequently updated. Good quality for the price. Many people seem to like the Zumba classes. Great mix of people black white, young old fit and not so fit. Great for families!

I attended a Kwanzaa play which was excellent. Then I have lunch and took a tour of the Kroc Center. The staff was very knowledgeable when asked questions.

Very nice pool But customer service by phone is horrible, every single time I call it’s uncomfortable feels rushed and they talk at people Instead of to people . I’d love to have a membership but the rudeness makes me not want to spend money or time there
